NLPOA Las Vegas is comprised of a wide variety of individuals from different backgrounds and different areas of participation in the field of law enforcement.

We are a diverse organization of men and women, in uniform and out of uniform, Latino, Black, White and Asian, from various ranks, departments, divisions, and communities.

Join us as we come together in "Honoring family, education, and community through service and mentorship."  

We also work hard to enhance the image and professionalism of law enforcement by:

• Serving as positive role models for our youth and exposing them to the many career opportunities in the Criminal Justice System.

• Providing scholarships to worthy students pursuing a career in the Criminal Justice System.

• Serving as liaison between the Hispanic community and local law enforcement.

• Promoting fundraising in order to finance our scholarships, youth sports, senior and community-related programs and activities.

• Networking with other community organizations, civic leaders, business leaders and individuals who share our vision, programs and objectives.

• Promoting unity, professionalism and brotherhood among Hispanics in law enforcement.
